As the year swiftly draws to a close, we find ourselves at that familiar time once again—a time for reflection and looking ahead.

Membership Renewals
The 2024 membership invoices will be automatically sent by the GlueUp system on 15 Jan 2024. This is from a GlueUp email address, so please check your junk mail just in case it is blocked. As per the SATSA MOI, invoices are due by end March each year, but as always, we are happy to discuss payment terms individually.
Please remember that the payment is one of two steps to ensure that you are a member in good standing. You will also be required to complete the annual review, which entails confirming that the information we hold is correct, and that your insurance and financial compliance are in order. This is at the heart of the credibility that SATSA guarantees.
Member Satisfaction Survey
As a member-driven association, your insights are vital, and we invite you to share your experiences and thoughts in our Member Satisfaction Survey. This brief survey is crucial for us to understand your needs, evaluate our performance, and enhance our services. Your feedback will be used by the SATSA board during a planned strategy session early in 2024 to craft the association's direction and focal points for the coming year.

Holiday Season Office Closure
This will be the last weekly news for the year, and we will resume publishing on the 18th of January 2024. Any urgent news between this period will be shared as a news flash.
The SATSA team will be taking time off between Christmas and New Year, with the office closing on 22 December 2023 at 12:00 and reopening on 3 January 2024.
