Invitation to join Africa's Eden North America (Jan '25) and Europe (Feb '25) Roadshows
We are thrilled to extend an invitation to two upcoming Africa's Eden Roadshows.
Through our partnership, SATSA members in good standing will be able to join the North America Roadshow from 23 to 31 January 2025 and the Europe Roadshow, from 24 to 27 February 2025.
North America Roadshow (Jan 2025)
About
The North American Roadshow is an opportunity for African travel experts to meet and do business with exhibitors from Southern Africa during a two-day, qualitative event. Not only are the meetings one-on-one and round-robin but exhibitors will also be hosted in the same hotel as buyers and do the same activities outside of the show. The event is designed to educate during destination workshops, facilitate business through one-on-one meetings and create lasting relationships based on social networking activities.
How it Works
For the event taking place in Austin and Fort Lauderdale, we see buyers attending the show from across the US and therefore have included accommodation in the same luxury hotel that the event is taking place in. Buyers can participate without accommodation if they reside within the city where the event is taking place. For the Mexico City event, we welcome travel trade from the city to attend this half-day event, but they will not be hosted overnight.
Participation
Fully paid members of Africa's Eden and our partner's SATSA qualify to participate as exhibitors in this event. A maximum of 30 places are available.
Cost
US$7,000 per Exhibitor

Europe Roadshow (Feb 2025)
About
The European Roadshow is an opportunity for our Southern African product and tour operating members to meet and do business with buyers from Southern Europe, in a 4 city, fast-paced meetings and training tour. At each city, we will target a full spectrum of African specialists to attend the session as buyers.
How it Works
At each city, buyers will attend round-robin, face-to-face meetings with suppliers in the afternoon session, increasing their product knowledge and enabling them to do future business better. The meetings are followed by a dinner with destination presentations allowing for a combination of education and networking opportunities.
Participation
Fully paid members of Africa's Eden and our partner's SATSA qualify to participate as exhibitors in this event. A maximum of 25 places are available.
Cost
US$ 6,000 per Exhibitor

- All event meals and activities

We welcome exhibitors' assistance in ensuring the quality of buyers in attendance, therefore we ask you to share your list of buyers to invite to the event through our Cvent system and platforms. We would also be happy to share a Buyer invitation,
PDF to email from your side to buyers on your database. We have compiled a list of buyer invitees, and we welcome you as an exhibitor to review the list and put forward any comments, especially towards the exclusion of specific buyers due to non-performance.
