Invitation for applications: South African Tourism pavilion at Vakantiebeurs 2024
South African Tourism invites applications for a spot on their pavilion at Vakantiebeurs 2025. This trade and consumer show will take place from 8 to 12 January 2025 in Utrecht, the Netherlands, where South African Tourism will host a stand/pavilion for South African tourism partners to showcase their offerings. All relevant details, including dates, costs, and inclusions, are provided in the attached form for review.
Please note that space on the pavilion is highly limited, and applications submitted after the deadline of 25 October will not be considered. Zora Klaasen, Trade Relations Manager, is the primary contact for submitting applications. Confirmation of participation will be communicated after applications are reviewed, as there is a maximum number of participants that can be accommodated. Further details, including timings and deadlines, will be shared once participation is confirmed.
Regarding inquiries about the Tourism Incentive Program (TIP), please be advised that their process is independent of the one issued by South African Tourism. However, successful applicants from the TIP will be allocated booths on the South African Tourism pavilion and have been included in the total number of participants.
In response to questions about the post-Vakantiebeurs roadshow, South African Tourism confirms that there will not be a roadshow in January 2025. Instead, a Mega-fam will be held from 19 to 26 March 2025, targeting 60 agents and culminating in an industry workshop. Further details on how to get involved in the Mega-fam will be shared in upcoming communications.
