Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a Senior Leisure Travel Consultant fluent in German to join our team. This role is perfect for a seasoned travel professional with extensive knowledge of South Africa and a proven track record in B2C inbound travel. You will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive travel itineraries across Southern Africa, supervising freelance travel consultants, and delivering outstanding customer service in German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage comprehensive travel itineraries across Southern Africa.

- Handle the entire booking process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

- Provide B2C customer consultations in German, both written and spoken.

- Supervise and support freelance Travel Consultants, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Desired Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years B2C inbound travel experience, with excellent knowledge of South Africa.

- A sixth sense for understanding customer needs and building trust.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
