Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• Hospitality Rockstar: At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, with a deep understanding of what makes backpackers tick.
• Marketing Maestro: Experience working with online booking platforms like Semper, Knightsbridge, and Q2b is a must.
• Social Butterfly: Proven track record of success in social media marketing across all platforms. You'll be our voice, creating engaging content that captures the essence of our hostel and Cape Town's vibrant energy.
• Canva Connoisseur: Experience using Canva to create stunning visuals is a plus.
• Wordsmith Wizard: Excellent written and verbal English command is essential to crafting captivating marketing messages and interacting with guests.
• Organization Ace: Experience with administrative tasks will ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
• People Person: The ability to build rapport and deal professionally with guests from all walks of life is key.
