Are you an experienced Inbound Tour Consultant with a passion for creating extraordinary travel experiences? We're expanding our team and seeking dynamic individuals to join us in our new Tyger Valley workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft seamless Inbound Tours with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Possess detailed logistical destination knowledge of Southern Africa Destinations.
• Showcase a wide variety of product knowledge across borders.
• Nurture strong supplier relationships to enhance customer experiences.
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Demonstrate a natural inquisitive nature to enhance client interactions.

Additional Skills Bonus:

• Familiarity with Tourplan.
• Proficiency in an additional foreign language.
• Eager to explore new opportunities.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, office-bound position with after-hours client support tasks on a rotation basis.
