Leading Inbound Tour Operator – Specializing in Southern Africa, including SA, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Our client is looking for a Groups Team Leader and a Groups Consultant to be based at their offices in CPT Southern Suburbs.

Groups Team Leader - Criteria:

• 5 +years exp. as a Groups Team Leader with experience in leading and advising a team 5+ Consultants - Inbound Tourism
• Product knowledge essential – 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa – Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia
• Team Leading exp. – Have led a team of consultants, proven track record.
• As Groups Team Leader, will be responsible for overseeing and managing all functions of your Team – Groups Itineraries, from quoting to invoicing.

Groups Consultant – Criteria (Neg. on experience)

• Minimum 3 - 5 years exp. as an Inbound Groups Consultant
• Product knowledge essential – 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa – Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia
• Responsible for all functions – Must have experience doing quotes from start to finish - Groups Itineraries, from quoting to invoicing.
